Accounts Payable Clerk

Job description

Our client is a third party logistics company with a multitude of offices and agents across the globe. With over 25 years of experience, our client has expanded globally and continues to do so. Our client has an exciting opportunity available at their head office in Kirkland, QC. The ideal candidate must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and excel at multi-tasking, organizing and problem solving.


  • 1-3 years experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of computers (Microsoft Office Excel, Word)
  • Comfortable with handling large volume of transactions
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized and have a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable with technology and working with ERP systems online

Work conditions:


  • Input of invoices into vendor online portals and verification of payment status
  • Periodically send out customer statements
  • Vendor account reconciliation
  • Liaise with sales and operations teams to facilitate collection
  • Other tasks as assigned
