This position is ideal for a proactive, highly disciplined individual with a strong background in utility systems operation. The role requires flexibility in hours and a commitment to maintaining high safety and performance standards.
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid 4th class Power Engineering certificate as a minimum.
- Demonstrated mechanical and troubleshooting skills with a preference for 3 or more years of experience in an industrial setting.
- Availability and willingness to work rotating shifts (days, afternoons, and midnights), overtime, weekends, and holidays. Eligible for shift premiums.
- Exceptional work ethic with outstanding discipline, attendance, and safety record.
- Independent and self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- High energy and initiative, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Work conditions:
Responsibilities:
- Operate CO2, Boiler, Ammonia, and Air systems following Standard Operating Procedures.
- Perform maintenance on a variety of industrial equipment.
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot issues and improve Key Performance Indicators.
- Keep documentation up to date.
- Adhere to plant policies regarding Safety, Environment, and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.
