Our client is a full service restoration company that specializes in mitigating property damage from fires, flooding, mould, vandalism and wind damage. We are currently looking to hire an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to join our team of industry professionals that services the Hamilton, Burlington & Milton areas.

Requirements:

  • Knowledgeable in construction or restoration process
  • Excellent customer service & communication skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to work well independently as well as with others
  • Must be able to adapt well to change while staying in control of work in progress.
  • Valid Driver License
  • Experience in the industry is an asset however we are willing to train the right candidate
    Construction Project Management: 2 years (preferred)

Work conditions:

Responsibilities:

  • Primary liaison for policy holders and handling insurance representatives.
  • Detailed Inspection of residential & commercial properties to access damages & report on findings.
  • Prepare accurate estimates utilizing Xactimate software
  • Provide detailed work orders to staff and trades on work to be completed.
  • Establish relationships with insurance professionals, trades and customers
  • Gathering all necessary paperwork and documentation for each file.
  • Manage projects to ensure they are completed within budget, on-time and to the customers satisfaction.
  • Must be available for on call emergency service on a rotational schedule
