Purchasing Manager - Supply Chain

Job description

We're seeking a dynamic leader to oversee our Purchasing department. This role involves directing activities related to purchasing materials, manufacturing consumables, and supplies, and leading vendor sourcing and relationship management. The successful candidate will implement purchasing policies, manage personnel, and embrace our Supplier Diversity Initiatives.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Leadership or senior level experience in a related area.
  • At least 10 years of specialization in the field.

Work conditions:


  • Lead and manage purchasing activities and personnel with full HR, cost, and budget responsibilities.
  • Analyze market conditions, manage material availability, and produce market analysis reports.
  • Establish and improve Purchasing department procedures for better workflow.
  • Assist with processing Purchase Orders as necessary.
  • Make strategic decisions impacting costs and departmental objectives.
  • Oversee large-scale projects and manage goals, resources, and schedules.
