Warehouse Supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of experience operating forklifts in high, drive-in racking systems (stand-up preferred).
- Familiarity with ERP and related software.
- Two years of experience in team-leading and conflict resolution.
- At least two years of experience in receiving/shipping in a warehouse environment; food manufacturing experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise all aspects of warehouse operations, including shipments, receiving, storage, and inspection.
- Ensure production receives all materials accurately and manage inventory effectively.
- Collaborate with Warehouse leads to assign tasks in shipping and receiving.
- Work with the sales team and Supply Chain & Planning Manager to schedule weekly shipping and receiving.
- Manage, evaluate, and report on warehouse productivity.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for shipments and deliveries.
- Report all inbound/outbound KPIs and freight carrier performance.
- Maintain order and cleanliness in Shipping/Receiving warehouses.
- Implement formal inventory control processes for materials.
- Oversee forklift training and certification for employees.
- Enforce policies, procedures, SOPs, and FSMS instructions, complying with GMP in production areas and warehouses.
- Assist in hiring and training new employees.
- Allocate raw materials to production using the FIFO method.
- Manage inventory for finished goods and packaging materials, including monthly and year-end counts.
- Supply the production department with necessary materials from suppliers and vendors.
- Maintain documentation for accounting and audits.
- Serve as a backup to the Supply Chain & Planning Manager.
- Create and maintain SOPs and policies.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of timecards bi-weekly.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
